These Static Lights
As well as producing music for TV/Film etc., Julian produces artist-based material and performs live. Since his early teens, Julian has been singing and playing the guitar - mainly rock influenced. Over the years, the sound has diversified with influences such as Radiohead, Mogwai, Tortoise, Sonic Youth, Aerial M and other genres such as jazz and classical music.

Picture Radiohead thrashing it out in Sonic Youth's rehearsal space using Tortoise's and Aerial M's (...or Slint's..) instruments with Mogwai conducting. Julian’s MO is innovating creativity in order to craft independent, emotionally stirring and thought provoking music that can take his listeners on a voyage through lush and sonically undulating soundscapes.
